Boxercise Rules
 Kung Fu Rules
  • No Full Contact is allowed, only light contact Body work permitted. 

  • No contact to the head or face.   

  • All Participant in sparring or contact drills must wear the followin,

  •  Mouthpiece 

  • Boxing Gloves

  • Groin cup (optional)

  • Chest protector (optional)

  • No Sparring with out Authorized Supervision and Permission allowed

  • Only Members from Canino’s Karate and Boxing Studio are allowed to participate.

  • Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed by each Member or Guardian if under age.

  • Courtesy and Respect must be conducted at all times between participants.     

  • All Equipment must be well kept, clean and up to standard.   

  • All Members must bring in a Towel for their sweat.    

  • No Participant will be allowed to participate if He or She is sick or has an injury. 

  • Proper and fitted clothing, T-Shirts or Tops must be worn at all times. 

  • No Foul Language and No Jewelry on any part of the body should be worn.

  • Foot Pads
